What to Wear?

• Most importantly, pick something that you feel comfortable in. It's hard to have fun if you don't feel like you.

• Clothes with texture are always a nice choice. Think sweaters, knits, jeans, leather. They help to add greater dimension to your photos. 

• Clothing items like jackets, scarfs, hats, necklaces, rings, bracelets, and belts can all add something for you to fidget with.  

• Clothes that show what college you'll be attending or vocation you'll be going into can also be great. If you have a sweater or t-shirt that you want to throw over the top for a photo or two we can make that happen. 

• If you're having a hard time deciding between a couple things, feel free to shoot me a message or bring along your options and we can always decide together.

• Makeup and hair - Boys this is for you as well. Think clean and put together. Gel or hairspray for fly aways. Chapstick for dry lips. Again, you want to be comfortable in your own skin.   ​​

What to Bring?

• ​You don't have to bring anything but your wonderful self, but senior sessions are even more fun when you bring props to include in your session. This will give you something to mess with, which can help ease a little of  your discomfort if you're feeling a little camera shy. 

• If you were involved in anything during high school it could be fun to include mementos in your photos. This could be a musical instrument, ball, pom poms, awards, books, a camera, a car or whatever you can think of.

• Also, feel free to be creative! Let your personality shine! If you think it would be fun to include something, like your pet dog, then bring it all! ​

What to Expect?

• ​Are you feeling nervous about posing? No worries! I will come ready to direct you even with things as simple as the tilt of your head and the placement of your fingers.

• That being said, I am excited to hear any ideas you might have. Remember this is your session. Feel free to look around on social media and come with pictures that you'd like to recreate.
